RESERVATION POLICY, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

RESERVATIONS:

Are made through our www.laposadadebucerias.com and through our website horde-reservations can maintain contact with both customers and the travel agents and wholesalers.

Promotions of the month are restricted based on certain time periods and cannot be combined with other promotions.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:

The reservation canceled more than 30 days before date of arrival is subject to a charge of 25% of the total amount of reservation.

Reservations canceled 21 days before arrival date are subject to a fee corresponding to 50% of the total amount of reservation.

Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival will be subject to a penalty of 100%. Non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours. before arrival, or failure to display your check-in, will not be refunded.

HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION:

Christmas, New Years and Easter and Easter week: High Season - November, December, January, February, March and April.

Reservations cancelled 45 days before the date of arrival, are subject to a charge of 25% of the total amount of reservation

Reservations cancelled 44-31 days before the date of arrival are subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount of reservationl

Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival or no show the 100% non-refundable.

PAYMENTS:

All reservations must be pre-paid fully (100%), to be able to block rooms in our availability rack and also the previous confirmation and keyword that the reservation department provides, which can be taken as a security code and write it down in the reservation sheet provided to the client as a confirmation number.

In the case of Wholesalers which will have a contract with us by presenting the wholesaler sheet with their commision taken into account and deposited before the Check-in, In case there is no prepayment the room will be charged directly to the client at the time of arrival.
